In addition to her work in Second Amendment litigation, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and wrongful conviction cases, Mirel Fisch, Esq. represents individuals in other civil rights matters involving unconstitutional conduct and unlawful government action.
Her practice includes cases arising from police misconduct, violations of due process, and infringements on fundamental constitutional rights.
